U just need one ico file (here we suppose 'icon.ico')
1. Paste ur ico file in ur hdd which icon u want to change.
2. Open text document (notepad) in that partition only and type...
[autorun]
icon = icon.ico
3. Save it as 'Autorun.inf'
4. Now u can reboot or just rename that very drive.
Note: you can also use this trick in ur removable disk (i.e., pen drive).
